How To Trade News or Earnings Announcements
The key to profitable trading is to stack the probabilities in your favour and only take high probability low risk trades. All too often I see traders attempting to predict news announcements or earnings results only to see them lose time and time again. Once you fully understand and appreciate the unpredictable nature of the subsequent price movements after these announcements you will realise that the only low risk method for trading these is to stand aside and not trade them at all.
